There are vegetables and then there are these amazing grilled vegetables. I spent an afternoon with Chef Alanna from Alligga at a local farmer's market. We shopped for fresh vegetables that were beautifully in season and she gave me a bunch of tips on how to take my sides to a whole new level and make them even healthier!
