My secret cheat is a Big Mac. Luv'm. I always take out the middle bun, put some ketchup on it and slap it back together. I know how bad they are, so when I tried this Big Mac Salad recipe with my daughter (it's fancy salad week at our house), we both could not believe how much the recipe totally tasted like a Big Mac, sans bun!
