Believe it or not, I'm converting my Christmas tree into a Valentine's Day tree. This all came about from my entire family glooming over the idea of Christmas and all of the pretty decorations around the house being taken down this week. Like everyone was legitimately upset. With Covid 19 now invading 2021 and no near end in sight, I'm trying my best to keep my family in good spirits. And then it came to me! Change the tree to a celebrate Valentine's Day. I was sure that I was the first person to think up such a brilliant idea! Then I went on the net and saw that it is actually a thing! Good Housekeeping did an article titled, 13 Ways to Leave Your Christmas Tree Up All Year Long. Because others are dong it, I don't feel as crazy as I did before the Google search.
And a couple hundred bucks at Michael's and my favourite Dollar Tree and some smiles on the family's faces has make it all worth it. I'll do a full reveal on my Instagram page @tammylynnmnabb.
Now that I'm in the festive spirit once again, I've put together a couple of recipes that can be used in many of your sugar-free dessert recipes.
Silk Kimono White Chocolate
Sugar-Free Marshmallows
The Marshmallow recipe is for white marshmallows but if you are up for flavours and colours, go ahead and have fun. The ones above are Raspberry with a few drops of red food colouring. Next I want to try a mocha marshmallow with a few drops of green and blue to give them a brown hue. Will be great for some adult coffees!

Next up is the Green Silk Kimono White Matcha Cocoa
Another good for you, healthy fat, keto & low carb friendly option. The creaminess of the coconut cream, coconut butter (yes I said butter, click HERE), and cacao butter are heavenly. Full recipe HERE.
